Max Alberhasky, Ph.D.
Hello! My name is Max Alberhasky. I recently received my Ph.D. in marketing from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business studying consumer behavior. This fall, I'll be starting as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at California State University Long Beach.
My research interests lie at the intersection between money, happiness, and social relationships. I use lab and field experiments, text analysis, and qualitative methods to investigate everyday instances about how consumers use money to help or hinder their social relationships with others and their overall well-being.
